Yes, we accept Molina Healthcare Marketplace Insurance.
We currently accept Molina Marketplace insurance in the state of Texas. We are currently working on getting our credentialed and approved to be a Molina provider in Florida. Molina marketplace is not now available in Vermont. Ideally, we are working on getting credentialed with Molina in every state where we provide services. If you want to start counseling with Mending Hearts Counseling, please call your Molina and ask if your therapist is in the network with your plan. Request an Eligibility of benefits (EOB). Please fax the EOB to 210-899-1415; if we are not in network with Molina marketplace insurance, please request a single case agreement while we work on getting credentialed.

We currently accept Molina Medicaid plans in the state of Texas. As well as traditional Medicaid in Texas. Currently, we are working toward getting credentialed in Florida and Vermont for Medicaid.

We currently do not accept any Molina EAP plans. At this time, and for the year 2023, we do not plan on accepting Molina EAP plans insurance in the future.
